all has ended,
but we've escalated to a higher calling.
Camp has ended. ): I feel it is kind of short because normally our camps are 4days 3nights. But I believe that even though it may be a short camp, we have all, benefitted much from P&W and teachings. :D Here's a short review of what happened during camp:
Saturday(Day 1)
I was feeling pretty nervous on our way there to campsite. Because it was the night where I'll be leading My Redeemer Lives. I believe Walmond feels the same too. Haha! So, upon reaching, did sound check; ensuring that everything is plucked in and nothing goes wrong. Had practice and
I we were highly amused by the drama for the Opening Ceremony. Joel, the father pig, denied himself and boldly addressed Yihui as "Dear". muhaha. xD And the sight of Jontay made us all laugh even louder! (^^)" Had at least a couple of hours of free time; to bathe and everything. So I went over to NEC flat to discuss the cheers together with Yong Kang. And lefty have to come and disturb me! -grr- But oh wells, he was nice afterall. Considering that he actually helped me cook cup noodles and
generously gave me a couple of sweets to ease my sore throat. :D 5mins before 12, Gideon was chasing us back to our flats. And he bullied me! Shan't go into details though. But in the end I won.
PS:: He was teaching me how to use sisters right. HAHA.
Sunday(Day 2)
Daniel drove the musicians over to the hall because it was pouring in the morning. Gideon was being scared when Daniel mentioned that his reverse sucks. HAHA. God was with us; He stopped the rain by 12pm so that we can all proceed to our games! Had a short bonding session with my house people and I was practically fighting for a louder voice because my sore throat did get any better. ): So we came up with a cheer that was pretty lame! Haha. Games was pretty fun. As usual, finale was water bombs. So freedy wanted to unite with my house but I simply rejected him. Haha. Many people wanted to bomb me but don't dare. So actually those who bombed me were the team leaders. Like FREEDY and WALMOND. -rolls eyes- they snatched the flag that I've found! But it okay, because miraculously, my house won! xD We found 4 flags! These are my team members:
Rachel, Ruizhen, Bao Run, Faith, Sandra, Benjamin, Sean, Jovin, Derrick, Sunny, Yong Wee, Nicolas and Yong Kang! We are the jubilians. :D
Unit's presentation was pretty alright. I was pretty blur though. Hehe. But I must really applaud the JC people for their heartwork. It was really nice. Also, to review to us that Gideon has SIX packs! Haha. :D Again, Jon really amuses us with his dance and everything. (x Oh yea, not forgetting that Kokok's song presentation was heartmelting. He sang well, despite his sore throat. We had brothers and sisters night. BGR lesson and I got enlightened in some areas. (: Bidding part was fun. But too bad, there wasn't bidding for Wisdom! ): HEHE. Throughout the night many hilarious happenings kept occuring. We have people's face being applied with toothpaste and powder and also funny sleeping positions! So I actually didn't sleep the whole night together with Jessie!
This is my unit. I love them all. <3
Monday(Day 3)
Last day of camp. And we all left our flats at 7.30am! Because we told Iannie that we meeting at 8am, which was a fake time. But oh wells, he overslept too. Had a short affirmation for him because it was his birthday. So we have Walmond, who's face was blushed!
Red, isn't it? Come on Wal, it is just a affirmation! HAHA.
Oh yea, we sang Ian a birthday song and he blushed too! And he did that act cute action again. ;p High praise was pretty alright. Just that Wal did a mistake which really made him sad. Haha. But its okay, you did well boy! xP Here are my fellow levites:
